RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
OUR POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Because every piece is made to order, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn or washed.
If your item arrives with a manufacturing fault or is incorrect, we will replace it or provide a full refund at no cost to you.
HOW TO RETURN
1. Contact us
Email care@newvantageco.com with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
2. Send the item
Post the item to the address provided in the return confirmation. Return postage costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.
3. Refund processed
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
SIZING ADVICE
To reduce the chance of needing to return, check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the joggers and sweatshirts, and staying true to size for the tee and tank. If you are unsure, email us before ordering.
